Refund Policy
Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if your product is:
- Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at delivery.
- Returned within 3 days of delivery.
Valid Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted for:
- Damaged, defective, or incomplete products.
- Incorrect items (wrong product, size, color), counterfeit, or expired items.
- Products that do not match the description or images.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible, the product must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Include all tags, manuals, warranties, invoices, and accessories.
- Be in the original, undamaged packaging.
Note
Include your Order Number and Return Tracking Number. Retain the Return Acknowledgment receipt when returning through our Drop-Off station or Pickup Agent.
If the product does not meet these conditions, the return may be rejected and returned to you within 6-8 days. If delivery fails after three attempts, the item will be scrapped without a refund.
